- Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Customers must return the item for inspection before a refund can be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the item is received and approved according to our policy, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges (Size Changes Only)
- Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same product.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for both return shipping and re-shipping costs.
- Exchange requests must be submitted via email only.
